Lillet fizz recipe
If you’ve never tasted Lillet you are in for a treat. It’s a French aperitif (a fancy word for an alcoholic beverage that’s meant to be served before a meal). Lillet is a fortified wine—a blended wine that’s combined with orange peel, fruit liqueurs and quinine, and aged in oak barrels. It’s light and fruity, and perfect when combined with fresh fruit as we did in our Lillet Fizz cocktail.
