Potatoes are always a welcome side dish and this dutch over potatoes recipe work every time.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- 20 small white potatoes
- 1 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 Tbsp dill chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a dutch oven.
- Toss in the garlic.
- Once heated, add the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Toss the ingredients together.
- Cover the dutch oven, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the potatoes to heat until brown and soft.
- To finish, add the parsley and dill, and stir gently.
