Brussel Sprouts recipe an amazing side dish

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 shallots peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 pound generousbrussel sprouts trimmed and quartered
- 4 Tbsp butter cubed, ½ stick
- 1 Tbsp salt
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 Pinch fresh ground pepper

Instructions
- Begin to heat a sauté pan on medium-high heat.
- Add in the olive oil, shallots, brussel sprouts, salt & pepper.
- Sauté on medium-high heat until the sprouts are cooked and turn a brilliant green.
- Take the brussel sprouts out of the pan and place on your serving platter.
- Melt the butter in your pan.
- Add in the lemon zest and parsley.
- Heat this quickly and pour over the brussel sprouts.
- Finish this dish by squeezing lemon juice over the top.
