dutch oven potato recipe
1 stick butter • 1 Tbsp garlic, minced • 20 small white potatoes • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped • 1 Tbsp dill, chopped • Salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Melt the butter in a dutch oven.
  2. Toss in the garlic.
  3. Once heated, add the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Toss the ingredients together.
  4. Cover the dutch oven, stirring occasionally.
  5. Allow the potatoes to heat until brown and soft.
  6. To finish, add the parsley and dill, and stir gently.
