1. For each popper cut four feet of each color crepe paper.
2. Take a piece of crepe paper in the color you want the core of your popper to be. Lay a piece of candy at one end and wrap it with the strip of crepe paper. Every few passes add another piece of candy. For extra drama, I like to have more candy in the center of the popper.
3. As you near the end of the first strip, glue your middle color to it. 4. Continue wrapping and adding candy.
5. Once you have reached the end of the second strip, glue the 3rd and outer strip to it. This will be the color of your popper.
6. Continue wrapping and adding pieces of candy.
7. Once you have reached the end of the strip finish it with a sticker with the initial of your lucky guest.
8. To further personalize the poppers you can fill them with charms specifically chosen for each guest.
