1. Print labels with your party details on them.
2. Place labels on tail, or “tongue” or party popper, using spray adhesive and hold open and flat for about five seconds to ensure that the label is attached.
3. Cut off faux flowers just under the bud of the flower.
4. Using an awl, make a small hole, right at the point in the popper where the tail starts unwinding.
5. Gently place flower into this hole, and enjoy!
